In our brasserie you can enjoy lunch from 12:00 PM. On our lunch menu you’ll also find many special dishes. In good weather, you can relax on our terrace.

Everything in our brasserie is designed to make you and your companions feel completely at home. On our menu you’ll find meat dishes as well as a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. We strive to be the brasserie everyone in the region talks about—by standing out through our use of honest, local ingredients, distinctive dishes, exceptional hospitality, and a warm, cozy atmosphere infused with local character.
Our head chef, Ivan de Bruijn, reigns supreme in the kitchen and is always dreaming up new ideas to make our brasserie even better. If you have suggestions or tips, please feel free to share them with Ivan or any of our hosts. Brasserie Dirk is the restaurant of the 4-star Hotel De Schildkamp. Alongside our hotel and full range of meeting and conference facilities, we strive to give our guests an extra-special experience. In addition to 64 guest rooms, we offer more than 10 event spaces for groups of up to 500 people.
